<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the fourteenth day of August, 1995, at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a presentation on behalf of the affected property owner at the public supplemental special <br />assessment hearing held on August 14, 1995, Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its' approval: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9208 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT TO THE PROPERTY AT PIN 14-29-23-34-0013 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Project ST-87-12 <br />against the property at PIN 14-29-23-34-Û0î3 has been duly caiculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly <br />mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider, <br />I']nrl '"-'·U.,c:. 11nn." 11'),11 nh;a."t1,...,nc. ,of t:),nu I']¡nrl (,'1"3;1"'1 nrnnnC'lørl t'l11nnlømø.ntll')¡l C!nøi""i'.Jol f:U:'~~;3~C'mønt h~~ <br />a.uu pa~i03 u.pvu cu.. vUJ,""vL..lVUI3, 11. au), auu ~u.n.1 p1.VpV~""U l.3upp.n.....u.l.....J.u..u..l 1oJIJ:'''''......1U.l u.LJlLJI""LJlI.JI.I.l.""'....u.. uu.LJI <br />at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given <br />to aU interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed supplemental <br />special assessment. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard no objections, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that <br />the lot enumerated in the proposed supplemental special assessment was and is specifically <br />beneÎitted by the construction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the set <br />assessment. <br /> <br />3. The proposed supplemental special assessment is hereby approved, and the assessment of <br />$6,872.26 and administrative costs of $300.00 together with interest at the rate of7% annum <br />accruing on the full amount thereof from time to time unpaid and administrative costsof $300, <br />shall be a lien concurrent with general taxes upon such property. The total amount of said <br />assessment shall be payable in equal annual principal installments extending over a period of <br />ten (10) years the first of said installments, together with interest on the entire assessment <br />from the date hereof to December 31, 1995, to be payable with general taxes for the year <br /> <br />1 <br />
