<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th day <br /> <br />of December, 1977, at 7~30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Hess; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson and Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6591 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVErmNT NO. 5S-77-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Josephine Road between Dellwood and <br /> <br />Lexington by the construction of sanitary sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on December 6, 1977, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
