<br />Extract of f.jinutes of ;.leeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Ninnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulRr meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, f.1innesota, Has duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />l1onday, the <br /> <br />12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1977 , at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock PJ1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Nayor Demos, Cound 1 men <br />Curley and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />r'iember Curley <br /> <br />Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6592 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO .l\PPORTImmENT OF ASSESS;.lENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />~innesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville \'/ere certified to the County Auditor of the CO:Jnty of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper' assessment call be extended by the County Auditor agai nst <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NO~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assess~ents against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
