<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA - HELD: DECEMBER 19, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the City Hall in said City on the 19th day of December, 1977, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Oouncilrnen <br />Anderson, Hess, CUrley, Grauel <br />and the following members were absent: None <br />Member Anderson introduced the fo 11 owi ng reso 1 uti on and moved <br />its adopti on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6593 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING ONE-HALF OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC, <br />PLATTED STREET WITHIN THE ST. PAUL PARK PLAT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City <br /> <br />Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br /> <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate <br /> <br />said one-half street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br /> <br />street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Richmond lying west of the centerline of said <br />street and south of the north line of Lot 35 extended east and <br />north of a line 330 feet south of the north line of said Lot 35 <br />extended east, contained within St. Paul Park; according to the <br />plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deed in and for the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. <br />
