<br />EXTRACT OF lHlWTES OF I~EETING OF THE <br />CITY COUilCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, l'lINiIESOTA <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 19 , 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~linnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on the 19th day of December, 1977 , at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Hess, Curley and Grauel. <br />and ttle following were absent: None <br />f'lel1lber Hess introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6595 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE'S REQUEST <br />FOR TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE WITH THE STATE <br />OF mNNESOTA DEPARH1E1H OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Roseville may deem it <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the tlinnesota Department of <br />Transportation. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, <br />the ~1unicipal Engineer for and on behalf of the t1unicipality of the City of <br />Rosevill e is hereby authori zed to request and obtai n from the State of ~1i nne- <br />sota Department of Transportation, needed engineering and technical services <br />during the year 1978 for which payment will be made by the municipality <br />upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of Transportation. <br />BE IT FURTHEr~ RESOLVED that the 11ayor and the City 11anager are <br />authorized to sign the 1978 Technical and Engineering Assistance Agreement <br />for' and in bella 1f of the CHy of Rosevill e. <br />
