<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 19th <br />day of December, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel: and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6597 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-77-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Rosevi11e, generally in the area bounded by Rice <br />Street on the east, Galtier Circle on the west, Transit <br /> <br />Avenue on the south, and Wewer's Road on the north, by the <br /> <br />construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, sanitary sewer main, watermain, storm sewer, and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on December <br /> <br />12, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of owners <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to ~tinnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
