<br />EXTRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEETIN; OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNFSOl'A - HELD <br />December 19, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of lbseville, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Foseville, Minnesota, on <br />the 19th day of December, 1977, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following rrembers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilrren <br />Anderson, Hess, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: tbne <br /> <br />M=mber CUrley <br />IlDved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follCMing resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6598 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish <br />employee carpensation for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1978 <br />and ending recernber 31, 1978; <br /> <br />NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adjusts and <br />updates the Conpensation Plan in the RosE!\Tille Program for Supervisory- <br />Mministrati ve-Managerrent positions at the rate of 6.5%. <br /> <br />The rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by M:mber Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />follCMing voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against sarro: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) <br />COONTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the City of lbseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />
