<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF 'THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, 1vIJNNFSOI'A - HELD <br /> <br />January 9, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 9th <br />day of January, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The follewing rrernbers were present: Mlyor I:anos, <br />Councilrren Anderson, Olrley, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the follewing ",ere absent: !\one <br /> <br />M2rrber Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6601 <br /> <br />RESoLurroN DESIGNATIN3 DIRECIDR AND ALTERNA'IE <br />DIRECIDR 'TO SLJBUFBAN RATE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ibseville, <br />Minnesota, as follews: <br /> <br />Janes Andre is hereby designated as a director of the <br />Suburban Pate Authority, and Steve North <br />is hereby designated to serve as al temate director of the <br />Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1978 and nntil their successors <br />are appointed. <br /> <br />'Ihe mtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by rrerober Anderson and upon a vote being taken <br />the follewing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />''VHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
