Grubbs; and <br />County of Ramsey, <br /> <br />Respondents. <br /> <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE CONDEMNATION <br />FOR CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN LANDS IN <br />AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />Petitioner, the City of Roseville, a municipal corpora- <br /> <br />tion, respectfully states that: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Petitioner is now and for many years past has been <br /> <br />a duly incorporated municipal corporation under the laws of <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota, and this proceeding is instituted in <br /> <br />its corporate name and by authority of the City Council of <br /> <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />It is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br /> <br />for the City to obtain permanent easements for the purpose <br /> <br />of constructing, maintaining, operating and repairing under- <br /> <br />ground storm sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances under and <br /> <br />across the lands hereinafter described. <br />
