<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of noseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />January 23, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />January, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilman Curley, Anderson, Franke and Kehr1 and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6604 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEf1ENT <br />NO. S8-77-26 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF Ol-mERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Josephine Road between Dellwood <br />and Lexington in the City of Roseville requesting that the <br /> <br />Council install sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances at <br />said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />December 12, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on January 23, 1978. <br />
