Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Ci ty Council 0 f City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: January 23, 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular sesaion at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of January, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The follOWing members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, ltehr, Anderson and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Curley introduced the followinq resolution and moved i'ts adoption: Resolution No. 6605 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVZDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING OU IMPROVEMENT NO. W-77-25 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted November 21, 1977, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibi Ii ty of a proposed improve- ment on T. H. 36 Service Drive west of Snellinq Avenue to the Laurie and Haddinqton Roads intersections by the construction of watermains, hydrants and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some ot:her improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improve- ment proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. W-77-25. 2. The Council sball meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 21, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the pUrPOse of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the
