<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-77-25 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 27th day of February, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. W-77-25 on T. H. 36 Service Drive west of <br />Snelling Avenue to the Laurie and Haddington Roads intersec- <br />tions by the construction of watermains, hydrants and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accor- <br />dance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$25,680.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property bounded on Snelling <br />Avenue on the east, extension of Hadding- <br />ton Road on the west, Trunk Highway 36 <br />on the north, and extension of Laurie <br />Road on the south, known as Parcel No. <br />79-00900-0l0-80. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: January 23, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
