EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY OF COUrJCIL OF ROSEVI LLE, MINNESOTA-HELD JANUARY 23, 1978 * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the January 23, 1978. The fo11m'iing members were present: Mayor Dem:>s, Counci1.men Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Curley and the fo 11 owi ng members were absent: None Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6606 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6553 REGARDING CORRECTION OF APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SERIES No.4 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6553, dated September 12,1977, the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, ~linnesota, made an apportionment of assess- ments for Storm Sewer Improvement Series #4, as follows: Parcel (1) 79-00500-090-02 UNPLATTED LANDS Ex S 828.18 ft of SE~ & ex pt N of ext SL of B1k 2 PARRANTO IND PK; a 140 ft R/~J i n W~ of SE~ E of Ry & a 75 ft esmt in SW!4 of NE~ W of sd Ry & in NW~. Also ex pt E of W 941 ft; beg on EL of Ry R/W & 626.25 ft N of SL of NE~; th SE 268.7 ft; th S 29 deg 57 min W 180.45 ft; the curve L 313.3 ft to pt on SL of NE~ & 831.9 ft E of SW cor; th ~J to Ry R/W; th NE to beg (subj to rds) in Sec 5, T 29, R 23. AREA -- 2.89 ac. WHEREAS, it appears that the assessment for Parcel (2) in said resolution should have been added to the assessment for Parcel (1); and ~mEREAS, it appears that the assessment is, therefore, not equitable and must be corrected under Minnesota Statutes ~429.071, Subsection 3; and .34 ac. 272.00
