<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEETINJ OF THE CITY COONCIL <br />OF TIlE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESaI'A - HELD <br /> <br />February 13, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 13th day of <br />February, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />'!he following manbers were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Mayor Danos <br /> <br />Manber Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ID. 6608 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is daronstrated active recreational use <br />of land leased fran the Minnesota Department of Transportation be- <br />tween Dale and Victoria Streets by Roseville residents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the citizens and city <br />to continue leasing this property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville that the Manager and Mayor are authorized on behalf <br />of the City of Roseville to execute a renewal of Lease No. H-29ll be- <br />tween the City of Roseville and the Minnesota Department of Transport- <br />ation for the term of April 1, 1978 through March 31, 1980, in the total <br />arrount of $2.00. <br /> <br />'!he rmtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by manber Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHERElJI.DN, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
