<br />Extract of Minutes of r1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />February 13, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, fUnnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall, in said City, on Monday, the 13th day of <br />February, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br />and Councilmen Kehr, Anderson, and Frankei and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: Mayor Demos. <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6611 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVErmNT <br />NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-22 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF Ot"lNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Christy Circle from Hamline <br />Avenue to the end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bitumi- <br />nous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, sanitary <br />sewer main, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances at <br />said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br />improvement be assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />October 31, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on February 13, 1978. <br />
