<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey Count.y, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br />of February, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br />and Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following w.. <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6612 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville on Western Avenue from County Road B-2 to County <br />Road C by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, bitumi- <br /> <br />nous paving, and miscellaneous appurtenances, and not to assess <br />the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />
