EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD - FEBRUARY 13, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 13, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Council.nen Kehr, Anderson and Franke and the following were absent: Mayor Demos Member Anderson its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 6613 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinaf~er described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: ROSELAWN AVENUE FROM SNELLING AVE. (TH 51) to CLEVELAND AVE. be and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolutionto the Com- missioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Kehr and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
