<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON Ir1PROVE~mNT NO. ST-78-3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Rose- <br />ville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of March, 1978, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant t.o Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-78-3 on South Owasso Boulevard between Kent Street and Sandy <br />Hook Drive by the installat.ion of storm sewer and necessary <br />appurt.enances. The foregoing is all substant.ially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimat.ed at <br />$17,687.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, Deziel Ziniel <br />Addn.; Lot 3, Block 2, Foster Shores <br />Addn.; Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, Schiavono <br />Shores Addn.; Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, <br />Unger Addn. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 27, 1978. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
