<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVE~mNT NO. SS-W-ST-P-77-27 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of March, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-77-27 generally in the area bounded <br />by Rice Street on the east, Galtier Circle on the west, Transit <br />Avenue on the south, and Wewer's Road on the north, by the <br />construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer main, watermain, storm sewer, and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accor- <br />dance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$207,214.85. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the fOllowing: <br /> <br />All th~t property abutting Transit Avenue <br />from Galtier Street to Rice Street, known <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot 13, Block 1, Robert's Oak <br />Hill Addition; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1, <br />Kingwood Addition; and <br /> <br />Unplatted lands described as parcels <br />79-01200-030-10; 79-01200-100-10; 79-01200- <br />150-10; and 79-0l200-l60-l0. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 27, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
