(1) That the grant be formally accepted in accord with the requirements of the department. (2) That the city would guarantee that the remaining local share of the constuuction cost would be available. (3) That the local agency would continue the operation and maintenance of the bicycle trail after its completion for the ~enefit of the public. (4) That special accounts would be established to document the costs involved. (5) That the facilities developed by the bicycle grant would be retained for public transportation and use. (6) That the City would comply with the appropriate State laws and rules relevent to this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley t and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
