MR. HONCHELL: Yes. The only reason we showed it marked off that way is because the owner had been in recently saying that's how he desired to use the land, so we established engi- neering estimates as if there would be sewer and water brought to those lots to get the costs. COUNCILMAN FRANKE: Is there a house right next to the commercial property now? MR. HONCHELL: There's a large vacant lot. MAYOR DEMOS: And Mr. Kath owns that. COUNCILMAN FRANKE: Then you have all that commercial to Rice Street. COUNCILMAN KEHR: In other words, from Galtier Circle all the way to Rice Street, that's all zoned commercial?
