<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF RaJEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HEID MAROI 27, 1978 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * * * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on funday, March 27, 1978. <br /> <br />The follONing rrembers were present: Mayor Derros, Council.n:En <br />Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the follONing were absent: None. <br /> <br />M=rrber Curley introo.uced the follONing resolution and rroved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOI1.JTION NO. 6624 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville at its February 13, 1978 rreeting <br />approved M. M. D=veloprrent Corporation's request for preliminary plat <br />at 1751 County Road B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a <br />public hearing was conducted on M. M. D=veloprrent Corporation's request <br />for final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving <br />subdivision plats; <br /> <br />NCW, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that M. M. D=veloprrent Corporation's <br />request for final plat "LaBelle's Second Addition" at 1751 County Road B <br />is approved with the follONing condition: the Mayor and Manager are <br />authorized to sign the final plat after receiving written assurance from <br />the avners that the private roadway easerrent and public utility easement <br />along the north edge of the plat would be provided the City. <br /> <br />'!he notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Franke and upon a vote being taken the follONing <br />voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the follONing voted against sane: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
