<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 27, 1978 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, March 27, 1978. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Kehr, Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6625 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has <br />prepared preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway <br />Number 126 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 49 within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Roseville, from the Demont Avenue to North Corp Limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the Office of the <br />Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, <br />and identified as Layout No. IA S.P. 6214-42 (49=126) from Demont Avenue <br />to 1-694 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br />and identified are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, <br />and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 126 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 49 <br />within the limits of the City of Roseville be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council member Anderson and upon a vote being taken the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
