EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 27, 1978 * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, March 27, 1978. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr, Franke and the following were absent: None Member Curley its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 6625 WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 126 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 49 within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from the Demont Avenue to North Corp Limits; and WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. IA S.P. 6214-42 (49=126) from Demont Avenue to 1-694 and; WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 126 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 49 within the limits of the City of Roseville be and hereby are approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Anderson and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
