<br />E)ff'RAcr OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF RCSEVIIJ.E, MINNESOI'A - HElD MARCH 27, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City an M::>nday, March 27, 1978 <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The follCMing rrenbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilrren <br />Anderson, CUrley, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the follCMing were absent: None <br /> <br />M=nber Anderson <br />roved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follCMing resolution and <br /> <br />RFSOLUI'ION NO. 6626 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Law Enforcerrent Assistance Administration (LEM) <br />and the Minnesota Crirre Control Planning Board are nCM providing a <br />procedure wherein local planning agencies such as the St. Paul Ramsey <br />County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council may annually prepare and <br />submit a Mini Plan - Block Grant Application and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Mini Plan - Block Grant applications contain a <br />section identifying all projected subgrants fran wi thin the planning <br />jurisdiction for funding approval in part or whole by the said LFAA <br />agency, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the St. Paul Ramsey County Criminal Justice Coordinat- <br />ing Council is preparing and will submit on behalf of all units of <br />govermrent in Rarrsey County a Mini Plan - Block Grant Application for <br />fiscal year 1979 LEM funding and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that the City of Roseville, as a part of the St. Paul <br />Rarrsey County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, anticipates <br />continued sponsorship of the follCMing project: <br /> <br />Project Title: Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau <br />Duration: January 1, 1979 through June 30, 1979 <br />State/Federal Award: Arrount awarded through LFAA - $39,228 <br />Local Match: IDeal funds - $52,019 <br />Submitted by: Executive Board, Northwest Suburban Youth Service <br />Bureau <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville authorizes <br />the St. Paul Rarrsey County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to <br />include the above rrentioned project in the subgrant section of the <br />City Council's fiscal year 1979 Mini Plan - Block Grant Application <br />
