<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th <br />day of March, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6627 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS ST-77-l8, W-77-25, 5S-77-26 AND ST-78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />Council on November 29, 1977, February 27, 1978, January 23, <br /> <br />1978 and March 20, 1978, the City Public Works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for the above improvements <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />
