<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th <br />day of March, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke: and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6628 <br />RESOLUTION DEC~~RING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-t'Y-P-77-3 <br /> <br />lfflEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville in the general area of County Road C-2 <br />from Merrill Street to Femwood Avenue; Merrill Street from <br /> <br />County Road C-2 to Fernwood Avenue: Fernwood Avenue from <br />Merrill Street to Josephine Road; and proposed Belair Circle <br /> <br />from Fernwood Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac, all located <br /> <br />in proposed plat known as Belair Lake Josephine Heights No.2, <br />by the construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on March 21, 1978, is <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
