<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUI'ES OF MEETING OF 'IHE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF In3EVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HElD APRIL 10, 1978 <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the lOth day of <br />April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!he follaving rrenbers were present: Mayor DeIros, <br />Councilrren Franke, Kehr and Anderson <br /> <br />and the follaving was absent: Council.rren CUrley <br /> <br />M=rrber Kehr introduced the follaving resolution and noved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6630 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its rreeting on January 9, <br />1978 approved Paul Robert's request for preliminary plat <br />"Valley Addition" at 2075 Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official news- <br />paper, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Rebert's request for <br />final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NGJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Paul Robert's <br />request for final plat "Valley Addition" at 2075 Rice Street is <br />approved. <br /> <br />The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council menber Franke and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the follaving voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the follaving voted against sane: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
