<br />Extract of Binutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />April 10, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~iinnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the lOth day of <br />April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Franke, Anderson and Kehr1 and the following were <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6631 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IHPROVEMENT NO. M-78-4 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF <br />OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition requesting <br />the installation of a semaphore signal on Fairview Avenue at <br />the west entrance to Rosedale Shopping Center, which petition <br />was signed by 100% of the affected property owners, and <br />t~EREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />February 27, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director with reference to the improvement, and <br /> <br />this report was received by the Council on April 10, 1978. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, ~tinnesota, as follows: <br />
