<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the lOth <br />day of April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Franke, Anderson and Kehr; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6632 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-78-7 <br /> <br />t~EREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville on Sandhurst cul-de-sac west of Western <br />Avenue, known as Stemper Heights Addition, by the construction <br /> <br />of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, drainage and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on r1arch 28, 1978, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
