<br />Extract of Minutes of Meetinq <br />of City Council - <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ttinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th <br />day of April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follo\<ling members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following were <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6639 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-78-9 <br /> <br />WlmREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Lydia Court from Lydia Avenue north <br />to tile end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bitumdnous <br /> <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 19, 1978, is hereby declared <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />
