Counc; I <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />t1embe r Cur 1 ey <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6640 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORT IONnENT OF ASSESSi,IENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the assessment roll s for various improvements for the City <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
