<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MAY 8, 1978 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />8th day of May, 1978 at o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, axmci~ <br /> <br />Anderson, Franke, Kehr and Curley <br />and the following members were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />MemberAndersonintroduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6641 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, <br />the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or <br />not a certain street in the City of Roseville should be <br />vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the <br />use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public <br />interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevill hereby <br />vacates the public over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 1/7 of the north 21/32 of the west <br />2/3 of the SE 1/4 of section 15, T. 29 North, <br />Range 23 West, except the West 250 feet and <br />except the East 612 feet. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Fr~e , and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
