<br />EXI'RACT OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CI'IY CamcIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOl'A - HELD <br /> <br />May 8, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular neeting <br />of the City Cotmcil of the City of lbseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City of the 8th day of <br />May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following nerrbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilnen <br />Anderson, Franke, Kehr and Curley. <br /> <br />and the follCMing were absent: None. <br /> <br />~r Curley introduced the following resolution and noved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6642 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lbseville City Council at its April 10, 1978 <br />neeting approved David Perry I S request for preliminary plat "Perry <br />Oaks" at 2101 County Road B, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, <br />a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Perry I s request for final plat <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving <br />subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David Perry I s request <br />for final plat "Perry Oaks" at 2101 County Road B is approved. <br /> <br />'Ihe notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council M:mber Kehr and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the follCMing voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the follCMing voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
