<br />EXTRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNFSarA - HElD MAY 8, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said City on MJnday, the 8th <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follcwing rrerrbers were present: Mayor Derros, <br />Councilnen Anderson, Franke, Kehr and Curley <br /> <br />and the follcwing were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and noved the adoption <br />of the follcwing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6643 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rarrsey County Health Services is <br />administering a grant program for Environrrental <br />Health prograrrs; am <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville presently provides <br />environrrental health services to its citizens; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that increased health <br />services in the areas of food establishrrents <br />and swimning pools is needed in the city; <br /> <br />NCW, 'IHEREFORE, Be i t resolved that the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville supports the application <br />for a Carrmuni ty Health Service Act Grant in the <br />anount of $8,510.00 which will provide additbnal <br />health services to the citizens of Roseville and <br />Rarrsey County. <br /> <br />The notion was seconded by Councilman Kehr and <br />uPon vote being taken thereon, the follcwing voted in favor <br />thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the follcwing voted against. None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
