The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed <br />to be assessed for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-3 are determined <br />to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though <br />the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
