Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: May 8, 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6645 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-78-7 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 10, 1978, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a prelimi- nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Sandhurst cul-de-sac west of Western Avenue, known as Stemper Heights Addition, by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P- 78-7. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 12, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesot~ Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby
