<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-78-7 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 12th day of June, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-78-7 including all that property on <br />Sandhurst cul-de-sac west of Western Avenue, known as Stemper <br />Heights Addition, by the construction of concrete curb and <br />gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />drainage and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$55,848.09. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />Improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />Unplatted lands <br />Parcel No. 79-01200-010-51, also known as <br />Stemper Heights Addition <br /> <br />Also <br /> <br />Lots 1 and II, Block 2, West View Addition <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor <br />may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and <br />place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: May 8, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
