<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville. Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci 1- <br /> <br />men Rehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson, and the following were <br /> <br />absent: NOne. <br /> <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6646 <br /> <br />RESOLt1l'ION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT SS-W-ST-P-78-l6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />City of Roaevilleon County Road C from Cleveland Avenue, west <br /> <br />to the west city limits, and Cleveland Avenue from county Road <br /> <br />C to a point 350 feet south of the centerline of County Road C <br /> <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal, bituminous surfacing, <br /> <br />right-Of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances, and to <br /> <br />assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost <br />
