<br />IDITRACT OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF OOSEVTILE, MINNESOI'A - HElD <br />May 22, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular neeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of <br />May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'n1e follcwing rrenbers were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br />Council.nen Anderson, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the follcwing was absent: Mayor Denes <br /> <br />M=nber Franke introduced the follcwing resolution and noved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLurION NO. 6650 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its May 8, 1978 <br />neeting approved Henry Murlcwski' s request for preliminary plat <br />"Belair Lake Josephine Heights No.2" between Josephine Road, <br />County Road C- 2, Lexington and M:!rrill, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, <br />a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Murlcwski' s request for final <br />plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NaV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Henry Murlcwski' s <br />request for final plat "Belair Lake Josephine Heights No.2" <br />is approved. <br /> <br />'n1e notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council M:mber Anderson and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the follcwing voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPC:N, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
