<br />NHEREAS, it appears that F. fure~tini <br />of st: _ P;:ml r Minnp-sota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ ]~7 .161.89 <br />NOl1J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and t.fanager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with FO' furettini Construction <br />Conpany for $ 197,161.89 in the name of the <br />City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
