That permanent and temporary easements be acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances for the City of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress and egress. That the City Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property as set forth in the proposed Earnest Money Contract under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption was duly seconded by Member Kehr being taken, the following voted in favor Anderson, Franke, Kehr and Curley and the following voted against the same: of the foregoing resolution and upon a vote of the resolution: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed adopted. and STATE OF MINNESOTA SSe COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City if Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 22nd day of May , 1978, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to certain condemnation proceedings.
