<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />City of Rosev!lle <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and councilmen Anderson, Kehr and Franke, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: Mayor Demos <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6658 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADFlJUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-18-l3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Evelyn Street between County Road D <br /> <br />and Brenner Avenue, and on Brenner Avenue Between Cleveland <br /> <br />Avenue and Evelyn Street by the installation of ornamental <br /> <br />street lights, filed with the Council on ,S -.;L.;>. - 7?, 1978, <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
