EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseviHe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City RaH at 2660 Civic Center Drive, RoseviHe, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of August 19955:30 P.M. The foHowing members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and the foHowing were absent: Wiski and V. Johnson. Member Mastel introduced the foHowing resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9215 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseviHe, Minnesota, hereby vacates the utility easements over Lots 1, 2, and 3 of "Kalin Addition" as platted in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the foHowing voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and the foHowing voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
