<br />advertisement for Improvement SS-W-P-77-24 shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager <br />and Public Works Director until ~ o'clock -a-.m. on <br />, 1978, a~-~ich time they will be <br />pub~~1Dopened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City <br />Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be <br />considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on ~ 26 ' <br />1978 in the Council Chambers and that no bids will e considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
