<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIlLE, MINNESOI'A - HEID <br /> <br />May 22, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on rbnday, the 22nd day of May, <br />1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'Ihe following IreIrbers were present: Acting Mayor 'Ihanas Curley, <br />Councilrren Anderson, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Mayor Derros <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and roved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6662 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its May 8th neeting <br />adopted Resolution No. 6648 which arrended <br />its previous action by making conceptual <br />approval of the plan for a 48 foot roadway <br />for Iexington Avenue, subject to the construction <br />of a separated pathway on one side of the street; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Coun:Hl has detennined that the conceptual <br />approval should not be subject to the construction <br />of a seParated pathway, but that approval should be <br />given with the recozmerrlation that a separated path- <br />way be constructed; <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville arrend Resolution No. 6648 by giving <br />conceptual approval of a plan for a 48 foot roadway for <br />Iexington Avenue with the recomrendation that a separ- <br />ated pathway be constructed on one side of the street. <br /> <br />The notion was seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Franke,Kehr <br />and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Anderson; whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
