<br />~/~? ,:::.(/ I; ,,/ <br /> <br />Extract of rtinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />June 12, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, r1innesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on r1onday, June 12, 1978, at <br /> <br />7~30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present~ }~yor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson, Franke and Curley, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. Steve North, Acting City r1anager; <br />David Anderson, City Attorney; Charles Honchell, City Public <br /> <br />Works Director, and Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DE~1OS ~ I will no'l:'l call for the public hearing on <br />Improvement SS-T~I-p-7a-7. <br /> <br />MR. NORTH: T.fe have the affidavit of publication and <br />Certificate of r1ailing the Notice of Hearing. <br /> <br />~1R. lIONCHELL ~ This project is some",hat similar to that we <br />have just seen, in that there is a large parcel of vacant land <br />bounded by County Road B on the south, 'i"1estern on the east, <br />Trunk Highway 36 on the north, and then existing property to <br />the west which has been platted and undeveloped to date. They, <br />therefore, petitioned the city to provide the necessary improve- <br />ments to allow for the developments in accordance with the plat <br />as it has been approved. This results in six lots around the <br />cul-de-sac being served by a new cul-de-sac roadway identified <br />as Sandhurst Circle. Also as part of this proposal, since <br />they would be using a roadway which is common to the plat, <br />tqestern Avenue would be improved at the same time 0 In each <br />case, those roadways are proposed to be the resi0ential design, <br />namely 32 feet wide with 7-ton asphaltic concrete driveway <br />and 6-inch high concrete curb and ~utter. The plat side - the <br />undeveloped side - of this facility would pay for all of the <br />costs involved in the cul-de-sac and its half of the roadway <br />as per the city's procedure.
