<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Couneil of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: June 12, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notiee thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 12th day of June, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, and <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson, Franke and CurleYJ and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6666 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-78-9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the city of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted April 24, 1978, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Lydia Court from Lydia Avenue North to the <br />end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances. The <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the city Manager. The improvement proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement NO. P-7B-9. <br />
