Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: June 12, 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of JUne, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The followinq members were present: Mayor Demos and councilmen Kehr, Anderson, Franke and curleyr and the followinq were absent: None. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6667 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENt' NO. UL-78-13 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted May 22, 1978, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Evelyn Street between County Road D and Brenner Avenue, and on Brenner Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and Evelyn Street by the installation of ornamental street lights. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost est~ate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement pro- posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is desi.gnated as Improvement No. UL-78-l3. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 10, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed
