<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-78-l3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of July, 1978, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. UL-78-13 including all that property on <br />Evelyn Street between County Road D and Brenner Avenue, and <br />on Brenner Avenue Between Cleveland Avenue and Evelyn Street <br />by the installation of ornamental street lights. The fore- <br />going is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$4,182.34. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 1 <br />Lots 1 through lS, Block 2 <br />Cave's North Boundary Addition <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 1 <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 2 <br />White Oak Hills No. 2 Addition <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 12, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
