<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 12th <br /> <br />day of June, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6669 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-78-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, generally in the area of Highcrest from <br /> <br />County Road D to County Road C-2 by the installation of concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing. drainage, and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />&, - 5- 7 F <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.03~. <br />
